- The ability to troubleshoot electronic boards at a component level is a must.
- The ability to solder and instrument systems for testing.
- Use and maintain lab equipment.
- Test and repair boards, touch up, and reworks.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic equipment and systems using various tools and techniques.
- Perform quality control tests to ensure the proper functioning of electronic devices and systems.
- Collaborate with The RSG team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work at a lab desk completing repair for 70% or more of the work shift.
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience working in an electronics lab or similar repair work.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters and testing equipment
- Proficiency in soldering rework station and the use of hand tools.
- High School Diploma.
- Good collaboration skills as part of a broader technical team (English).
- Not Remote, you are required to work from our Farmington location daily.
- Will be prepared to take a drug test and background check before starting the position.
- Has a clean background with no felonies.
- Experience with testing and repairing appliance boards is a PLUS.
