Job Description

First Western is currently seeking an Electronic Banking Coordinator in our Bentonville Location.

The Electronic Banking Coordinator supports customer, and employee inquires related to online banking, mobile apps, resetting passwords, Bill Pay assistance, and troubleshooting issues while focusing on building long-term relationships with a needs-based approach. The ability to work independently with attention to detail is a must as this person will be responsible for data entry, processing customer requests, and working with Cash Management Services. This person will be trained as a backup to review Mobile Deposits.

Two – four years of banking experience with knowledge in Treasury / Cash Management or business banking is a plus.
