Seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce management, and process optimization within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple production lines.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production activities across the facility.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor manufacturing performance, quality metrics, and process efficiency improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and support multiple production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and other operational departments.
- Report production performance, challenges, and operational updates to senior leadership.
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase profitability and operational effectiveness.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational performance, and manage production processes.
- Experience analyzing manufacturing data and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
