Job Description
Lead Complex Aerospace And Defense Electronics Manufacturing ProgramsOur client is a well-established contract manufacturer specializing in high-reliability electronics manufacturing solutions for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial customers. The organization offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary customer contact and manage all day-to-day program activities.Drive program financial performance including budgets, revenue forecasts, inventory management, and cost control.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.Coordinate and manage New Product Introductions (NPI), engineering changes (ECOs), and continuous improvement initiatives.Support contract negotiations, quoting activities, and manufacturing agreement execution.Monitor program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.Facilitate regular customer and internal meetings while communicating program status, actions, and key metrics.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
