They are growing with purpose and are committed to extending connectivity in ways that truly make a difference.Job DescriptionLead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutions
Run advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliability
Own prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers
Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to build
Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root-cause analysis
Mentor junior engineers, providing hands-on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviews
Track emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing products
