Job Description

Electronics Product Repair Technician/QA Inspector – 1st Shift (Weyers Cave, VA)

ComSonics Manufacturing Solutions is looking for a highly detail-oriented Electronics Repair Technician/QA Inspector to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the repair of customer-returned electronics equipment, approving 1st production & setups (inspecting components/assemblies), ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform in-process visual inspections of electronic components.
  • Ability to effectively utilize service manuals, hand tools and test equipment to diagnose and repair electronics equipment (Digital Voltmeter, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer)
  • Soldering/desoldering electronic components
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4 years of fundamental electronics knowledge with prior experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and aligning basic electronic equipment to specifications.
  • Experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
