What You'll Do
Generate appointments for our sales team through face-to-face homeowner interactions
Work outdoors with a high-energy team
Learn advanced communication and persuasion skills
Compete daily and weekly for bonuses, incentives, and recognition
Develop leadership skills that translate into future management opportunities
No sales closing required.
Your job is to create opportunities and set qualified appointments.
Compensation
Guaranteed Base Pay
$22/hour
Performance Bonuses
Uncapped earning potential
Top performers regularly earn an additional $2,000-$4,000+ monthly
Weekly and monthly contests
Leadership promotion opportunities
Typical Earnings
First-Year: $55,000-$80,000+
Top Canvassers: $85,000-$100,000+

Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to walk several miles daily
Comfortable working outdoors
The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
Available Monday-Saturday
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
