Job Description

Are you a proven closer? We are actively seeking an elite, highly driven Sales Professional to join our agency. We aren't looking for average. We are looking for true A-Players who are hungry, competitive, and want to be paid what they are actually worth.

If you are looking to just punch a clock and collect a standard paycheck, please do not apply. But if you have a track record of crushing quotas and want an aggressive compensation structure that rewards performance, youve found your home. We are willing to pay top dollar for top talent, and our bonus structure is built to prove it.

The Compensation (Your Year 1 Earning Potential):

Base Salary: $1,000 per month

Commissions: Up to 70% of agency commissions

Up to $7,000 in Performance Bonuses in your first year alone:

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500

90-Day Bonus: $1,500 (Upon hitting 90-day sales metrics)

6-Month Bonus: $1,500 (Upon hitting 6-month goals)

1-Year Bonus: $2,500 (Upon hitting 12-month goals)

Salary Range: $100000.00 per year

Aggressively prospect, pitch, and close new business.

Maintain a high volume of outbound sales activity and follow-ups.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales metrics.

Take absolute ownership of your sales pipeline from lead generation to close.

Act as a consultative advisor to clients, matching them with the right agency solutions.
