StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Emergency Medicine Physician for a leading national physician services organization in Pensacola, FL.Perks and Benefits:

Position Highlights:

Provide emergency department coverage in a high-acuity hospital-based ED*
Manage the full breadth of emergency presentations: trauma, sepsis, stroke, STEMI, behavioral emergencies, pediatrics*
Lead resuscitations, supervise APPs (and residents where applicable), and perform the full scope of ED procedures*
Drive door-to-doc, door-to-EKG, and length-of-stay metrics; partner with hospital medicine and consulting services

Qualifications:

BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM); IM/FM-trained EM physicians considered case-by-case*
Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS*
Comfort with intubation, central lines, chest tubes, ultrasound-guided procedures, and conscious sedation*
Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
