The Email Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation across MJH Life Sciences' brands. This role involves campaign coordination, list management, scheduling, and reporting to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns in coordination with editorial and marketing teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance.
• Maintain email marketing tools and platforms, ensuring proper functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, compliance).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$45,000- $52,500 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
