Job Description

About airSlate

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products- SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.

We're in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.

At airSlate, we're building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We're looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

We are currently looking for two Email Marketing Specialists to join our team and contribute to the next chapter of airSlate's growth.

The Email Marketing team supports communication across our subscription-based SaaS products, including lifecycle and promotional messaging that helps users discover value, stay engaged, and move through key customer journey stages.

Each Email Marketing Specialist will focus on one of our core products - pdfFiller or SignNow - owning email initiatives tailored to that product's specific funnels, stakeholders, priorities, and user journeys.

The team's work goes far beyond launching campaigns. It is focused on solving business challenges through email and related channels, testing new ideas, reacting to changing priorities, and continuously improving lifecycle communication. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, think independently, and turn hypotheses into effective campaigns.

Operating as an independent unit within the marketing team, this group partners closely with product and brand stakeholders and acts as a practical expert function for lifecycle communication, experimentation, and user engagement.

What you'll be working on

  • Configure, launch, and optimize email campaigns in our in-house ESP - including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Build multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior, lifecycle stages, and product-specific funnels - covering activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and promotions.
  • Run experiments, track performance through dashboards and key lifecycle metrics, and turn insights into improvements to campaigns, user journeys, and business impact.
  • Generate data-driven ideas for relevant, personalized email content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to align email initiatives with business goals - while working independently, spotting gaps, and refining processes as priorities evolve.
  • Help evolve our internal email system and lead the transformation of email marketing into an AI-driven program using AI-powered tools and automation.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with an ESP or in-house email system - campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, and funnel-based lifecycle communication for web-based products.
  • Strong analytical skills: tracking and optimizing campaign performance via dashboards and key metrics, evaluating A/B tests by broader business impact (not only channel-level metrics), and working with data using basic-to-intermediate SQL.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders while working autonomously and moving initiatives forward even when processes are not fully defined.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and interest in AI tools, experimentation, and automation.
  • Strong communication skills and English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with web-based SaaS products.
  • Experience with tools similar to Customer.io.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools for project and task management.

If you're seeking a dynamic environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you've come to the right place. Join us as we transform the way organizations operate and leave a positive impact on millions of users worldwide.
