Position Overview:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create personalized email content, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve the email marketing strategy to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Development: Design, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and convert leads, including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer retention emails.
Email List Management: Manage and segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to write and design compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques to continuously optimize email performance.
Automation & Workflows: Set up and manage automated email workflows, ensuring timely delivery of emails based on user behavior, lifecycle stages, and triggers.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key email marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and strategies.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices for email design, list management, and content.
Integration with Other Channels: Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., social media, content marketing) to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and leverage cross-channel opportunities.
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their preferences, improve email content, and ensure high engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on email campaigns and automation.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive engagement and conversions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key email metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with email automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic email customization is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of email marketing compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
