EMC Mechanical Services is searching for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team! The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in providing management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist with ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Do:

Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical projects, ensuring all phases are completed successfully.
Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, meeting notes, and progress reports.
Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to monito progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and address any issues that arise.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing cost reports to keep projects within financial limits.
Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Reporting: Compile and present project status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas needing attention.
