Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Overview: Seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hospital pharmacy experience and specialized training in emergency or critical care pharmacology.

Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical pharmacy support in the emergency department.
Ensure safe, effective medication use for critically ill and emergent patients.
Participate in patient care rounds, medication therapy management, and clinical decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency medicine and critical care pharmacology.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Required Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist (Delaware eligible)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Board Certified (BPS) in Pharmacy
Certificate in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care
Minimum of 2 years hospital experience with completion of clinical training

Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in emergency medicine or critical care pharmacy
Advanced certifications in emergency or critical care pharmacology

Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist Additional Information:

Full-time position, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift
Must maintain all licensures and certifications required by the facility
