- Wed- Fri: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a.* *
- Sat-Sun: 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a*
- Setting:
- Acute-care community hospital* *
- Handles minor to moderate trauma * *
- Severe trauma sent to Shreveport * *
- Must be comfortable stabilizing and transferring*
- Census:
- 200 bed hospital * *
- 27.4k annual volume* *
- Average 75 patients per day *
- Support Staff: *
- Most subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery* *
- NPPA: Mon-Fri: 12p-9p. Sat-Sun: 11a-8p*
- Procedures: *
- All Standard ER procedures *
- EMR: *
- EPIC *
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required *
- Travel: *
- Hospital will cover*
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding - hoping for ASAP start *
- Requirements:
- Active LA state license* *
- Active DEA and CDS in LA or willing to transfer * *
- ATLS, ACLS*
