Springfield Eugene, ORFast Track (Yes or No): NoPhysician Coverage (Single, Double, or Triple): SingleRun Codes:YesScribes: NoMiscellaneous Information: Florence, OR is a retirement community, and this facility has 21 total inpatient beds and 11 ED beds. Fairly low volume and acuity is expected, and the largest PeaceHealth facility is located approximately 1.5 hours away in Springfield when transfers are necessary. There is normally a provider on call for part of each shift in case it's too busy for a solo provider. REQUIREMENTS:What is the minimum length of commitment requirement?Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): ACLS, PALS, ATLSEducation Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): ER residencyBoard Certified Required: YesSpecific Specialty Board Required? ABEM or AOBEMIf BC is not required, Number of Years of Board Eligibility Allowed since Residency/Fellowship Completion (0-3 years, 0-5 years, etc.): 3 yearsIMLC State: NoActive State License Required?
