Board certification in Emergency Medicine is required along with prescriptive authority for comprehensive patient care. The position involves working within a 24-hour physician coverage model that includes 10 hours of advanced practice provider support. The clinician must maintain current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications to handle emergency cases and procedures.
