Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Kansas | Critical Access Facility | $56.95/hr | Minneola, KSWhy apply?   • Hours per Week: Approximately 36 hours
  • Employment Type: Travel Contract
  • Licensure/Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred
  • Experience: Critical Access ER experience preferred, with strong Cerner charting skills recommended
  • Additional: Must be comfortable working charge nurse duties; scrubs by any color
Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide critical ER nursing care in a high-volume, busy ER setting (up to 200 visits/month)
  • Manage Med/Surg and ER patient care during scheduled shifts
  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and vital signs using Cerner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • May assume charge nurse responsibilities and be compensated accordingly
  • Support patients during emergency interventions and stabilization
  • Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
  • Valid RN license in Kansas or appropriate compact license
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of ER or critical access experience, ideally with Cerner charting familiarity
  • Ability to work weekends, including holiday coverage when needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
