Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a critical access ER with high-volume visits (up to 200/month)
  • Assist in both ER and Med/Surg duties within a small 18-bed facility
  • Work with Cerner charting system—experience preferred
  • Support emergency assessments and interventions
  • May serve as charge nurse and be compensated for charge responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Kansas
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
  • Past experience in ER and Med/Surg units, preferably in Critical Access settings
  • Strong Cerner EMR skills
  • Willingness to work high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
