• Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

Role Overview:You will be providing comprehensive emergency and medical-surgical care in an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital designated as a Critical Access Hospital (CAH). This high-volume ER handles up to 200 visits monthly, requiring quick decision-making, versatility, and exceptional clinical skills. The position involves working in a combined Med/Surg and ER setting, with opportunities for charge nurse responsibilities and associated pay. The facility utilizes Cerner as its electronic charting system, and strong Cerner experience is highly desirable. Our team values critical care experience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment where every second counts.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Critical Access experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
• Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system, or willingness to learn quickly

Nice to Have Skills:

• TNCC certification
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience working in a combined ER and Med/Surg setting
• Ability to work charge nurse responsibilities
• Flexibility to work any scrub color

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license; BSN preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of ER or critical access hospital experience
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a blocked schedule
• Additional certifications or licensures relevant to emergency or critical care
• Ability to start by April 1, 2026
• Must adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols
