• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred
• Ability to manage a busy ER and med-surg units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency with CPSI EMR system
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in high-acuity emergency settings
• Additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of ER or critical care experience
• Familiarity with CAH hospital settings

Other Requirements:

• Must work the 12-hour shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Local travelers encouraged to apply at same compensation rate
• Ability to work both ER and MedSurg units
• Smoke-free campus environment
• Willingness to adapt to variable patient census and busy ER hours

The hourly pay rate for this role is $53.60, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
