• Valid RN license and active certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Prior experience in emergency and med-surg settings, ideally in a CAH or travel nursing role
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs and unit requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism

Additional Skills That Set You Apart:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience working in a CAH environment
• Familiarity with Athena EMR system
• Flexibility to work shifts that may lean more toward Med-Surg occasionally
• LPN experience (beneficial but not required)
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in emergency and med-surg settings
• Prior travel or CAH experience highly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• No mileage restrictions for commuting
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment
• Prior housing arrangements should be secured before applying
