Job Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) 12-Hour Shifts | $54.94/hrJoin our dynamic healthcare team as an Emergency Room (ER) RN, where your expertise will make a vital difference in patient care. This unique role involves flexible assignments across ER and MedSurg units, providing a comprehensive and challenging experience that demands versatility, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. Valid RN license in the state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Excellent critical thinking and clinical assessment abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to diverse patient needs
Proficiency with Athena EMR system
Flexibility to float between ER and MedSurg settings as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior travel nursing experience
Under 3 years of nursing experience
Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
Knowledge of specific patient populations or trauma care

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of acute care experience, though recent graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered

Other Requirements:

COVID-19 vaccination (exemptions accepted)
No mileage restrictions
Ability to work at least one shift per week, with the potential for additional shifts
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, starting on 05/11/2026
