Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care & MedSurgJoin our team as an Emergency Room RN and make a vital difference in patient care at a dedicated 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. This role offers a dynamic environment where your skills are valued as you provide urgent care and med-surg services, ensuring timely and effective treatment for patients with diverse needs. Whether working in the ER or MedSurg, you will be part of a supportive, professional team committed to excellence in healthcare.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 1 year of ER or MedSurg experience
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in patient documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior experience in rural or Critical Access Hospital settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• At least 2 years of combined ER and MedSurg experience
• Previous experience with on-call or shift work in critical care settings

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must adhere to hospital scrubs policy (any color)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to patient care needs
• Certifications in CPR, BLS, and ACLS preferred or required
