• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• End Date: 01/11/2027
• Shifts: 3pm or 7pm (choose based on preference)
• Hours/week: 36 hours guaranteed
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certs: Kansas RN license or multistate license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI (must be current and attached at submission)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience, strong readiness to "hit the ground running"

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, level 2 trauma center
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and documentation efficiently using Epic EMR (preferred)
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, following established protocols
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
• Participate in shift rotations including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Keep RTO requests to a maximum of 5 days and only one holiday during the assignment

What You Need:

• Kansas RN license or multistate compact license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, MOAB/CPI certifications (must be through AHA for BLS, ACLS, PALS)
• At least 2 years of recent ER experience; 4 years preferred
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
