Emergency Room RN – Full-Time – Mixed or Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

• Location: Ocala, FL
• Pay Rate: $32.00 – $48.00/hr (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• $10,000 for Day Shift
• $20,000 for Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr

Position Overview

A respected emergency care provider in Ocala, FL is seeking a skilled and adaptable ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join its high-performing team. This opportunity is ideal for RNs experienced in acute care settings (ED, ICU, PCU) who thrive under pressure, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat a wide range of emergency cases

• Create and implement individualized care plans

• Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously, prioritizing based on acuity

• Communicate clearly with physicians, care teams, and patient families

• Educate patients and provide clear discharge instructions and follow-up plans

• Respond quickly and calmly in critical or trauma situations

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL within 60 days of relocation)

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (BSN preferred)

• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)

• BLS (within 30 days of hire)

• ACLS (within 90 days of hire)

• PALS and ENPC (within 90 days and 6 months of hire, respectively)

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 6 months of hire)
