What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of program management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for developing early‑career talent:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with exposure to technology and/or operations environments preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive and credible brand ambassador for the firm

  • Proven project and program management experience, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication capabilities

  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

  • Ability to coordinate and deliver multiple programs and initiatives concurrently

  • Strong relationship‑building skills with executives, senior leaders, project managers, and early‑career talent
