Job Description

Employee Benefits Producer

We are seeking a motivated and consultative Employee Benefits Producer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering strategic employee benefits solutions to businesses of all sizes.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping employers create competitive and cost-effective benefits programs for their employees.

Responsibilities

Develop and generate new employee benefits business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
Consult with clients to evaluate employee benefits needs and recommend customized solutions
Present and sell group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits programs
Collaborate with carrier partners to market and negotiate competitive benefit packages
Conduct client meetings, enrollment presentations, and renewal reviews
Maintain strong client retention through proactive service and communication
Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and carrier offerings

Qualifications

Employee benefits or insurance sales experience preferred
Active Life & Health license preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Knowledge of employee benefits products and compliance regulations is a plus
