Role Overview

Join our world-class Customer Success Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) team. This Director-level role supports various Finance related organizations and partners directly with senior leaders driving long-term vision and strategy for our most high-impact businesses.

We are seeking a strategic HR/ESBP leader who embodies our culture and values, with a strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable business results in complex, fast-paced technology environments.

In this role, you will align people strategy with business objectives, enabling growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness across a large-scale portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Strategic Advising

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

  • Influence business and talent priorities through strong executive relationships and professional credibility.

  • Partner with leadership teams to understand business goals, product roadmaps, and technical strategies that impact workforce planning and organization design.

Workforce Strategy & Organizational Design

  • Proactively advise on workforce planning, location strategy, organizational structure, skills evolution, and long-term capability building aligned to cloud growth objectives.

  • Lead organizational design efforts in high-growth and transformation environments.

  • Act as a change agent as the organization evolves in response to market dynamics, competitive pressures, AI-driven innovation, and technological advancement.

Talent Strategy & Leadership Development

  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent planning processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification.

  • Assess leadership capability and accelerate development within highly technical, product-driven environments.

  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies in partnership with leadership.

Equality, Inclusion & People Programs

  • Partner to advance Equality initiatives, including representation strategy, talent movement, recruiting alignment, and targeted development efforts.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HR/ES teams to design and implement scalable people initiatives.

  • Ensure seamless execution of employee success processes and programs.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze business trends, product strategy shifts, and talent metrics to inform proactive, data-driven people strategies.

  • Translate insights into actionable solutions that enhance performance and organizational effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated change management expertise within fast-paced technology organizations.

  • Deep HR/ES business partner experience diagnosing complex organizational challenges and mobilizing effective solutions.

  • Strong talent assessment and leadership development capabilities in engineering and product environments.

  • High business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to financial and operational outcomes.

  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to create meaningful organizational impact.

Education & Experience

  • 8+ years of HR/ES business partner experience.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
