Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil rights.
Education: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (additional jurisdictions a plus).

Skills:

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and trauma-informed communication.
