- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil rights.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York (additional jurisdictions a plus).
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and trauma-informed communication.
- Commitment to justice, equity, and client-centered representation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
