Job Details

Advise employers on employment law matters and day-to-day workplace issues
Provide advice and counsel on California employment law compliance
Support clients with employment policies, practices, and risk mitigation
Counsel clients on wage and hour, PAGA, employee relations, and workplace management issues
Help employers navigate disputes prevention and legal exposure in employment matters
Work closely with clients to provide practical guidance on employment decisions and compliance strategy
Maintain a practice focused exclusively on employment law advice and counsel

Looking For:

We are open to mid and senior level candidates
J.D. and licensed to practice in California.
Minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus on employment law
Strong background in employment law, including workplace counseling, compliance, wage and hour, PAGA, disputes prevention, and employer advisory work
Proven ability or experience with advising clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk management
