Employment Law Defense ParalegalSeattle, WA — Hybrid

A respected boutique employment defense firm is looking to add a paralegal with substantive experience in employment litigation to their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, highly skilled group where your work directly shapes case outcomes, you're treated as a core part of the team, and you get exposure to sophisticated matters without the bureaucracy of a large firm.
What they're looking for:
- Litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting management-side employment defense (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour)
- Strong working knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing
- Experience with discovery, including drafting written discovery, organizing document productions, and managing privilege logs
- Comfortable preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
- Familiarity with agency matters (EEOC, WSHRC, L&I) is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a busy caseload
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
