Job DetailsSeeking a detail-oriented and motivated Employment Paralegal to support its litigation team. This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client interaction, and is passionate about employee rights and workplace justice.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of employment litigation, including case intake, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and empathetic manner
• Conduct legal and factual research related to employment law claims
• Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in employment law or civil litigation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
