Job Description

Labor and Employment Litigation Paralegals that are looking for a great growth opportunity, please reach out to me to learn about this position! This role is for a fast-paced firm that is growing and has a great team structure in place.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in Class Action, PAGA, Employment Law (Pre-litigation and Litigation phases)
Prepared and drafted mediation briefs, complaints, letters, and interrogatories
Manage deadlines and attorney calendars
Experience with class-action suits
Paralegal certificate or degree is a plus
