In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services.We are looking for a certified EMT to join our team, in a unique EMT /Security role. In this role you will be responsible for promoting a safe environment for residents, families, and staff by patrolling community buildings. Conducting safety and security inspections of all community properties to include common areas, parking lots, and perimeter. This role reports to the Security Manager.CT EMT Certification is a requirement for considerationCurrently seeking candidates with availability to fill the following open positions:Full-time (5 day) 2:30pm- 10:30pm Sun- Thurs.

Per Diem opportunities also availableHourly Wage Range: $20-$21.253rd shift differential $1.00 /hr.Duties and Responsibilities:

Patrols community property to prevent and discover activity in violation of criminal, fire, or safety codes.Provides Emergency Medical rapid response careWatches for and reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and security doors left unsecured.Investigates and reports all acts of unlawful or safety hazards that would endanger persons or property.Investigates all incidents and suspicious occurrences, filing incident report appropriately.Secures and unlocks areas and buildings in accordance with policy and community expectation.Other duties as assigned.
