End-User Computing Specialist (Field-Based IT Support)Location: Treasure Valley (travel required)

OverviewThis is a hands-on, field-based IT support role supporting multiple sites across the Treasure Valley. If you enjoy solving real-world technical problems, working directly with end users, and being on the move rather than behind a desk, this opportunity offers strong visibility and fast hiring timelines.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing issues across desktop, telecom, and network environments

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues both remotely and onsite

  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, and installations for IT equipment and infrastructure

  • Respond to escalated issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering, systems, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex problems

  • Document all support activity accurately within ticketing systems

  • Recommend improvements to reduce recurring technical issues and enhance user experience

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of hands-on IT support experience (desktop, helpdesk, or field services)

  • Working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Additional Details

  • Travel required across multiple locations within the Treasure Valley

  • Occasional overnight travel may be needed
