Hogan Lovells' Washington office seeks a mid-level to senior associate with approximately 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic, nationally recognized Energy Regulatory practice. Hogan Lovells' Energy Regulatory practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the United States. We represent a significant range of clients on transactions, projects, and regulatory matters involving all participants in the energy industry.  Our work also involves practicing before a host of government agencies, including on some of the most challenging and interesting proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") (e.g., large and complex pipeline rate cases, LNG licensing), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (e.g., advanced reactor licensing, decommissioning), and the Department of Energy (e.g., renewables, funding opportunities, export controls).  Much of our work focuses at the intersection of business, law, and policy on cutting edge and first-of-a-kind matters.

We seek a team-oriented associate who has significant experience representing natural gas pipeline companies before FERC. Experience representing pipelines in Section 4 natural gas rate cases would be preferred.

The expected base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000 per year.
