Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual to…

Support field-based energy efficiency programs by installing equipment in multifamily residences while delivering a strong customer experience. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with training provided, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in team environments and interacting with customers daily.

You are a great fit if you can…

• Perform basic installations using hand tools with attention to quality and safety.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (multiple units per day).

• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions in occupied homes.

• Work collaboratively in a team setting; occasionally work independently once trained.

• Troubleshoot minor issues and complete follow-up service visits.

• Travel daily within the assigned region using a company vehicle.

• Follow directions, learn quickly, and maintain a reliable work schedule.

Exciting candidates will have…

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 0-1 years of experience (entry-level; training provided).

• Customer service experience.

• Basic familiarity with hand tools is an asset.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

• Ability to meet physical job requirements (standing, bending, moving between units).

• Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Targeted Compensation:

$20-$21/h

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
