Job Description

Engine Build Machinist | Industry-leading compensation for experienced machinists

Mon-Thurs 7a-6p, Fri 7a-12p

If you take pride in turning raw engine components into precision-built powerhouses, this is where your craftsmanship stands out! Join the largest supplier of remanufactured engines and salvaged parts in the industry. As an Engine Build Machinist, you will be responsible for machining, modifying, and preparing engine components to meet exacting standards.

What you’ll do:

Carry out machining processes such as boring, honing, resurfacing, and balancing while inspecting components for proper tolerances and defects.
Collaborate with engine builders to ensure all parts meet required performance and reliability standards.
Set up and operate machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to accurately modify engine components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of machine shop experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of engine mechanics and ability to identify engine components.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Ability to accurately read measuring devices.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
