The Role
We are seeking an Engineer to serve as the technical architect of our firm's talent technology and data infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for a motivated builder looking to tackle the complex challenges of modern recruiting.
Your Responsibilities
System Architecture & Integrations: Design and implement our talent tech stack, ensuring seamless, bidirectional data flow between all systems, including our ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and in-house products.
Data Engineering & Management: Build and maintain automated data pipelines for consolidation, enrichment, and cleansing of candidate information.
CRM Optimization & Candidate Rediscovery: Take ownership of our CRM as a strategic asset. Engineer robust search functionality and build data models that enable recruiters to surface, re-engage, and track passive candidates, turning our existing talent pool into a primary sourcing channel.
Workflow Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and manual processes within the talent acquisition lifecycle. Thoughtfully automate workflows to ensure accuracy, increase efficacy, and enable the Talent Team to focus on highest-value human interactions.
Your Past
We expect you to have done some of these things, but it's not required that you've done all of them.
You are AI fluent and have a track record of building and iterating on the frontier.
You have built products, led system implementations, managed a tech stack, or spent most of your time using Python to query complex datasets.
You have direct experience managing and optimizing a CRM.
You have experience in a role focused on business systems, data engineering, data analytics, or GTM operations.
You have been in fast-paced environments and have a track record of succeeding when faced with unique challenges.
You have experience translating business needs into technical requirements and managing non-technical stakeholders.

What We'll Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is designed to recognize the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $120,000-$250,000 with additional compensation for on-target performance. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
