Hybrid, 2 days onsite / Will consider 100% remote for right candidateDescriptionSkills Description Storage and Caching: Postgres and Cassandra Languages: Java, Kotlin and Groovy Frameworks: Spring Boot and React Data Movement: KafkaJOB DESCRIPTION Team consumes inventory events and enhancements.  Moving off of old technology and working to modernize support needed.  The Inventory Valuation and Gross Margin team is responsible for implementing, scaling and maintaining applications that help Client’s Finance ecosystem maintain accurate financial results. As a part of this team you will be helping to design and develop critical applications that support Realtime processing of financial data across Client's, stores, supply chain and backend financial systems. We support hundreds of millions of transactions every day. You will have opportunity to work on challenging projects and build highly scalable web applications and services along with supporting current integrations to stabilize production environment in Finance’s technology landscape. The team's current focus is to modernize aging technology applications while ensuring proper critical financial controls. There is a focus to partner with teams across the enterprise to maintain timely, complete, and accurate financial transactions. Core responsibilities are described within this job description.
