  • Support product data management (PDM/PLM) processes and release workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to support product development and manufacturability.
  • Participate in design reviews and support implementation of review feedback.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to resolve documentation issues and improve producibility.
  • Support prototype assembly, system integration, and design verification activities as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve drawing quality, documentation efficiency, and design standardization.
  • Support development and maintenance of CAD libraries, design standards, and drafting best practices.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering projects.

What we are looking for

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, Drafting, or related technical field.
