What You Will Do
As an Engineer Maintenance team member you will
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and assist with repairs including electrical plumbing and general upkeep
- Maintain equipment tools and work areas in safe working condition
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solvers with attention to detail
- Professional and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive respectful and service driven
- Preferred
- At least 1 year of general maintenance experience
- Familiarity with maintenance tools equipment and basic systems
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to
- Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds tools equipment and materials
- Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching climbing and twisting
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Use tools ladders and maintenance equipment safely
- Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift
