  • Create and modify TSP manufacturing orders with full understanding to adequately manage orders. This includes but is not limited to PDTs match requirements, ordering TSP fixturing, and completing necessary external paperwork.

  • Supporting activities for localizations of TSP options and serve as liaison between all stakeholders to accomplish TSP delivery

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities for production and administrative processes.

  • Actively engage with cross-functional teams to accomplish positive impacts to the organization.

  • Provide hands on involvement in production process improvement including identifying necessary production tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment and systems.

  • Additional duties as assigned

What do we expect from you?

  • Must be self-driven and capable of prioritizing activities as needed

  • Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining on-time delivery

  • Desire to strive for excellence and growth

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings to support production order processing and troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of manufacturing & assembly processes including welding, soldering, non-destructive testing, pressure testing and calibration.

  • Strong independent problem-solving abilities

  • Solid organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.

  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, expedite requests, delivery quotation requests, operational instructions, and safety requirements

  • Must be customer service oriented

  • Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite preferred
