Engineering Co-Op Fall-Winter 2026

BorgWarner Morse Systems in Ithaca, New York has multiple opportunities for engineering co-ops. Employment blocks typically vary from 6-9 months (Spring - August) based on performance and company needs. Applicants must be fulltime students studying within an applicable engineering field and available to work fulltime hours on the Ithaca, NY campus.

• Manufacturing Engineering
• Product Engineering
• Test Engineering
• Product Quality
• Applications Engineering
• Systems Engineering

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Fulltime enrollment in a 4 year college or university with a major in engineering
• Ability to work fulltime hours for the duration of the co-op position
• Ability to work on the Ithaca, New York campus
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay range $17.37 - $24.92 depending on field of study and class standing
• $600 monthly housing stipend available if requirements are met
• Co-op events
• 2 facility campus with over 900 employees to learn from
