What You’ll Do:

Drive Innovation – Help improve our manufacturing processes and optimize workflows.
Be a Key Player – Assist in launching new projects and integrating them into our existing operations.
Work with Robotics & Automation – Contribute to the implementation and fine-tuning of robotics within our processes.
Design for Efficiency – Create and refine workspaces that prioritize ergonomics, material flow, and productivity.
Gain Hands-On Experience – Split your time between the production floor and office, applying what you’ve learned in class to real-world challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

ð Education – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering.

ð§ Required Skills – Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

ð Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have!):

Experience with 3D CAD modeling and ERP systems
Familiarity with robotics, automation, and lean manufacturing principles
