Job Description

Location: Lancaster, PASalary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

Engineering Manager

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee process engineering, estimating, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team and oversee manufacturing process development, optimization, and documentation.
  • Improve production flow, quality, and throughput using Lean and CI methodologies.
  • Develop cost estimates, labor standards, and production time studies to support operational decisions.
  • Coordinate tooling, equipment, and material requirements with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support production with technical troubleshooting and process improvements.
  • Manage capital projects, including ROI analysis and equipment justification.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to production staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong background in process engineering, CI, and production support.
  • Foundry experience preferred (not required).
  • Excellent communication and multi‑project management skills.
