Job Description
This Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of manufacturing engineers, programmers, and technical staff.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Overseeing manufacturing processes, tooling strategies, and process documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products into production.
- Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
- Supporting capital equipment investments and manufacturing technology implementation.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Engineering Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience supporting CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, or precision manufacturing.
- Proven success leading engineering teams and developing talent.
- Experience managing projects from concept through implementation.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in tooling, machining processes, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and engineering software such as SolidWorks and Microsoft Dynamics
