Job Description
The Engineering Manager provides technical leadership across process engineering, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for chemical manufacturing operations. This role partners cross‑functionally to ensure processes meet strict purity, safety, and regulatory standards within the semiconductor supply chain. Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership for operations
Drive process optimization for yield and throughput gains
Improve cost, quality, and process capability metrics
Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Oversee raw material performance and supplier interface
Partner with Quality and Supply Chain on material specs
Drive continuous improvement using data‑driven methods
Lead and support site capital projects and expansions
Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards
Support process safety and hazard reviews

Experience in high‑purity or semiconductor environments
Strong process optimization and troubleshooting skills
Background in root cause analysis and problem solving
Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with capital projects and equipment upgrades
Strong data analysis and decision‑making skills
Excellent cross‑functional communication abilities
