Job Description
- Maintaining appropriate NAT quality standards throughout the design, development, substantiation, installation and support phases of projects.
- Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
- Analyze market demand and available resources.
- Ensuring engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of Engineering procedures and work instructions.
- Check technical accuracy of work.
- Work with other engineering managers as a management team.
- Communicate company vision and objectives of engineering department.
- Maintain a skilled, productive, and motivated work force.
- Support marketing by developing Technical Proposals, kits lists, NRE, etc.
- Understand and promote all health, safety and environmental legal and regulatory requirements including company policies and standards. Lead by example, enforce and sustain a strong-minded safety culture and compliance driven practices in the work environment.

- Management roles may be eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
- Four-year technical degree.
- Twelve or more years of broad technical experience, with at least seven of those years being in the aerospace industry desired.
- Additional training in leadership, management, business administration, program management, and/or risk management preferred.
